The DRAFT Cook is expected to prepare and cook menu items, maintain a clean and organized work area, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of food preparation techniques. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and utilizing hand tools effectively. Collaborate with the kitchen team, demonstrating strong teamwork skills to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies, utilizing organizational skills to maintain efficient stock levels. Address customer inquiries and concerns with excellent customer service, demonstrating effective communication skills. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report any major problems to the appropriate personnel, showcasing problem-solving abilities. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes, while being detail-oriented. Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
