Your Mission:

A safe and hazard-free workplace environment is critical to our company s success. The Scrubber Operator will assist the team by maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and personal work areas in order to provide a world class warehouse environment. Schedule is Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am. Pay is $19.04 an hour plus a pay differential of $1.00 for working nights.

Main Activities

Perform daily inspections of the M30 and maintain the equipment as required

Maintain the warehouse floors with the M30 Floor Cleaner

Maintain the M30 Floor Cleaner, performing routine tasks as needed Replacing and/or adjusting brushes and squeegees as needed

clean out the dry and wet storage tanks

Change out propane fuel tank for the M30 as needed, following proper procedures

Clean throughout the warehouse as needed to maintain a clean and orderly facility (ie - racking, guardrails, dock doors)

Clean dock doors and behind risers on a quarterly basis or as needed

Perform spill clean ups as needed, following proper procedures

Maintain areas around the trash compactors and open top dumpsters

Remove trash from designated locations/areas as directed

Operate trash compactors as needed

Clean restrooms or breakrooms as needed

Perform general maintenance task as requested

Other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area

Maintain excellent attendance

Develop and maintain a positive work attitude

Participate in an environment of continuous improvement

Able to operate the floor scrubber, electric pallet jack and 40 scissor lift

Your Education and Experience:

Required:

H. S. Diploma or equivalent

Read and speak English

Basic math skills

Basic computer skills, e.g. PC, MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), RF scanners

Preferred but not Required:

Previous custodial experience

Previous floor scrubber equipment operations experience

Your Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met. Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Performs activities in a warehouse environment. May be subject to changes in temperature and exposure to dust.
