Willing to train at multiple stations.
Our place is small but diverse and this position has room for creative input. It is a great crew that works at the Beer Garden and we are looking to add the right person to our team.
ABOUT DUCKFAT FRITES SHACK
Located on Washington Ave at the foot of Munjoy Hill in Portland's renowned EastEnd; we are surrounded by a diverse amount of restaurants, breweries, distilleries, bakeries, kitchen & food related retail, cider bar, bath house, dispensaries, oyster bar and noodle shops. This block has become one of the hottest up and coming neighborhoods to eat and drink in Portland.
Nestled off the street is our secluded Beer Garden we share with Oxbow Brewing Company. Our service window is located smack in the middle of the beer garden along with Oxbow's tasting room. In addition to our walk up window we smoke and process all meats for both Duckfat locations as well as Belgian fry production for our iconic Duckfat Fries. Duckfat's original location was started in 2005 by Food Wine's Best Chef and James Beard winner Rob Evans. The Frites Shack serves high quality casual fair in an inviting family friendly atmosphere.
