La Padrona Bostons Best New Restaurant of 2024 is looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial and sales-driven Servers to join our Hospitality Group.

Job Responsibilities
As a Server you will get to show off your food & beverage knowledge while taking care of our guests. You are a salesperson, you are expected to know your product and to sell in a gracious and hospitable way. Servers are responsible for excellent product knowledge and amazing guest service.

Our food and beverage menus features an authentic journey through the Italys regions. We expect the very best from ourselves and that commitment to excellence translates in our product.

Previous experience in the Restaurant Industry is required.
