Location: This position is based at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Norwood, MA , supporting both the One Bistro Restaurant. The property is owned by Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC , the real estate division of FM , offering a dynamic hospitality environment with strong organizational support.

Shift Hours:

• 4pm-10pm Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesdays.
• 11am -5pm Saturdays
• Flexibility required to work other shifts as needed to support business operations

Holidays:

• This is a 24/7 operation , so holiday coverage is required
• Christmas Day is the only exception
• Flexibility is offered to take alternate days off when holidays are worked

• Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Greet customers while bringing bread to tables.
• Clean tables and remove dishes after guests have finished dining.
• Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwasher to be cleaned.
• Be able to remain focused and on-task during busy hours.

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Eye for detail.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs or more.
• Willing to stand or walk for extended periods.

The hiring range for this position is $6.80 to $8.50 per hour plus tips. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
