Part-Time Custodian

Job Title: Part-Time Custodian
Reports to: Director of Buildings and Grounds
Terms and Conditions: Non-union, year-round position, variable schedule, maximum 29 hours per week.
Per the B&G contract, the District will first look to this pool of part-time custodians to fill full-time permanent vacancies within the
Bargaining Unit.
Salary and Benefits: $18.36/hour.

Essential Duties:

1. Help with setups and teardowns for events throughout the building.

2. Help clean and detail building.

3. Fill in for custodians when they are off.

4. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Previous custodial experience in a large school setting is preferred.

2. Must have flexible availability.

3. Must be able to meet physical requirements for moving and lifting objects.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
