Are you detail-oriented and take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment? Phillips Medisize is seeking a dedicated Janitor to support our manufacturing operations in Phillips, WI. Whether you bring prior janitorial experience or are eager to learn, we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Schedule:

Monday Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM (with flexibility) Enjoy your weekends and holidays off!

What You Will Do

• Follow and complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists for each building to ensure all areas consistently meet our cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe facility by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floorsincluding operation of ride-on floor scrubbers on production floors.
• Ensure all restrooms are sanitized, stocked, and well-maintained.
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, and walls in office, lunchroom, and conference areas.
• Dust surfaces, including furniture, equipment, and walls.
• Keep entryways and common areas tidy for employees and visitors.
• Maintain lunch/breakrooms: wipe down tables and chairs, clean microwaves and refrigerators, and restock coffee and supplies.
• Monitor and manage cleaning supply inventory.
• Complete facility checklists, promptly reporting any issues to your supervisor.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience working independently with little to no supervision
• Experience following procedures & safety measures
