Position Details Pay: Competitive, around $20/hr, negotiable based on experience Benefits: Full benefits package + $0.70/mile reimbursement for travel Type: Contract-to-Hire (4 months) Permanent upon meeting performance standards Training: All training conducted at our Ferndale location Home Base: Ferndale What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and assist patients with insurance, product eligibility, and cost inquiries Coordinate clinical staff schedules Verify insurance and obtain authorizations/referrals Process and track orders in our system Discharge patients courteously and maintain medical records Prepare documentation for imaging Who You Are You have great attendance and a positive personality You're empathetic, especially when working with pediatric patients You're adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn Experience in medical/insurance customer service is ideal, but retail backgrounds are welcome too Important Dates Interview Date: Monday, August 25 Start Date: September 2 or September 8 your choice!
