Banquet Server

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our events team. In this role, youll be part of a dynamic crew responsible for executing beautifully plated meals and flawless service at a variety of private events and group functions. Whether its a sunset ceremony on the sand or a cocktail reception under the stars, youll help create memorable moments through attentive, polished, and efficient service.

• Set up and break down banquet spaces according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, service stations).

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and with a professional demeanor.

• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

• Refill drinks, clear plates, and maintain clean and organized event space throughout the function.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs or requests.

• Follow safety and sanitation standards at all times.

• Assist with post-event cleanup and reset for future events

• Previous banquet, restaurant, or catering service experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

• Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a polished appearance.

• Alcohol service certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
