Our client is seeking a part-time, morning Custodian to work in a Church environment in Edina, MN. You'll help create a warm, welcoming, and safe space for all who walk through the doors!
Part-time Schedule, 8 hours per week. Mondays-Wednesdays (6:30am-8:30am) with an additional flexible 2 hours/week.
Pay Rate: Up to $22.00/hour, depending on skills and experience.

What You'll Do
- Open and secure the facility each morning.
- Set up and take down rooms for ministry use.
- Keep the building and grounds clean, safe, and ready for guests.
- Assist groups with room needs while they're on site.
- Handle daily cleaning tasksvacuuming, trash removal, laundry, etc.
- Help regulate heat and electricity usage in building.
- Watch for safety issues and help maintain the facility in good condition.
What We're Looking For
- Morning availability (MonWed, 6:308:30am + 2 flexible hours/week).
- A self-starter who can work independently and stay on top of tasks.
- Experience in custodial or facility maintenance.
- Someone who values safety, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Relational skills to interact well with staff, congregation, and visitors.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50-lb objects (chairs, tables, salt bags, choir risers and platforms)
- Ability to climb ladders up to 40' in height
- Operate and drive church vehicles, operate garden tractor with snowbrush, lawn mower, snow blower
