We are seeking a dedicated Baker to join our team at our commissary kitchen in Brighton, MA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:
Start time: 4:00 AM
Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Responsibilities:
Prepare, mix, and bake pastries, breads, and other baked goods
Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory and ingredient management
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met

Qualifications:
Previous baking or pastry experience preferred (professional or culinary school experience a plus)
Ability to work early morning shifts reliably
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Team player with a positive attitude
