From Custodian to Engineer: 54-Year-Old Starts New Life
It’s never too late for a career change! Just look at 54-year-old Michael Vaudreuil: student by day and custodian by night. After nearly ten years of working and studying at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, this “old dog” recently received his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering.

The best part? The multibillion-dollar company voiced interest in his “life experience” from the first interview. It’s a great reminder of the valuable background older job seekers can bring to the table!
