Room Attendant Jobs in Alabama
A Room Attendant, also known as a Housekeeper, plays a crucial role in the hospitality service industry. Important skills for a Room Attendant include attention to detail, good physical stamina and customer service skills. They should also have knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling. There are no specific certifications required, but a high school diploma is usually preferred. Before becoming a Room Attendant, a person could have roles such as a Cleaner, Laundry Attendant or a Porter in the hospitality industry. These roles provide relevant skills and experiences such as familiarity with hotel operations, cleaning practices, and customer service.
