POSITION SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the repair, overhaul, and proper preventative maintenance of all player terminals to ensure optimal operation.
- Be proactive and identify problems & solutions and follow up with the Slot Tech Assistant Manager.
- Communicate by radio with Slot Attendants and other Casino personnel to address issues in a timely manner.
- Give exceptional service to customers and team members while performing job duties.
- Will assist in moving and installing gaming devices using equipment such as two and four-wheel dollies, and single-person machine lifting equipment.
- Responsible for the break down, relocation, and re set-up of machines and stands.
- Accountable for maintaining accurate and thorough departmental records and reports.
- Properly diagnose machine issues and become proficient with machine diagrams, repair manuals, schematics, and other equipment-related materials.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Slot Tech II & III require 2 & 4 years of experience.
- Slot Tech II & III require advanced knowledge.
- Required Electronic and Mechanical troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Strong customer service background and excellent guest service skills required.
- Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills.
- Must be able to tolerate working with varying personality types.
- Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels.
- Must be able to multitask and use good judgement.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised at times.
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
- Must be able to troubleshoot various components of a slot machine.
- Technology background preferred.
- Required experience working in the gaming industry or with slot machines.
- Knowledge of electronic and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Valid driver's license (Must be in possession while operating a Tribal Vehicle).
