Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to each and every guest while always maintaining a sense of urgency. They are responsible for exceeding guest expectations through positive interactive skills. Greet all arriving and guests in a timely, professional, friendly, and efficient manner while opening doors, and providing information and directions as needed.
2. Handles all accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists guests in all inquiries in connection with Resort & Casino services, hours of operations, key Resort & Casino personnel, and in-house events.
3. Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to established safety protocols in accordance to all state laws. Properly secure all guest keys and vehicles according to department policy.
4. Responsible to follow up with guests to ensure their requests or concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction. If necessary, document and report all vehicle incidents like damages, accidents, thefts, missing articles, etc.
5. Performs other duties as assigned to support efficient department operations.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum three (3) years of driving experience required.
- Ability to operate both a manual and an automatic transmission is required.
Certificates/Licenses/Registrations
- At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
- Valid California Commercial Drivers License, Commercial Class C or higher, with a passenger endorsement preferred.
