What you'll do:
- Greet guests as they arrive and create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily.
- Be accurate in your order taking, confirming all special requests.
- Be the master of the bar, understanding the details to enhance the conversation.
- Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
- Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy.
- Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation.
- Requisitioning at end of shift and stocking all beer, wine, spirits.
- Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
- Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicing portion control.
- Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest.
- Locks up and stores all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops, and secures bank.
- Creates daily drink specials.

HOURS:
Part time, up to 29 hours per week
This is a 24-7, 365 day a year business that will require some work during nights, weekends and holidays. A flexible schedule that can move between shifts and days as needed is highly desired.

Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of bartender experience in a high-volume environment.
- Thorough knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and mixology.
- WA Mast Certification
- WA Food Handlers Certification
- Demonstrate ability to maintain a high level of output without sacrificing quality.
- Able to demonstrate and maintain consistent and efficient performance.
- Able to accomplish projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Requires basic employment skills in clerical, service, or manual areas.
Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $16.66/Hr. - $16.66/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
