Summary/Objective

The Concierge is a critical member of the team engaged in our commitment to transform the living experience at Pearl. Serving as an ambassador to Pearl and providing access to all the offerings of the neighborhood, this role will thoughtfully care for and support our residents to foster a sense of belonging, community, and joy in the place our residents call home.

Essential Functions

• Establish rapport with residents to understand their needs and preferences to curate a truly unique living experience
• Anticipate residents’ needs and fulfill requests ranging from basic errands to complex arrangements like travel booking, event planning, restaurant reservations, and securing access to exclusive experiences
• Develop a deep knowledge of and establish partnerships across the Pearl neighborhood to provide residents with tailored recommendations
• Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure the beauty of our common areas thrives

Required Education and Experience

Minimum 2 years of luxury hotel concierge experience

Fair Housing Certification obtained within 60 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications
Deep knowledge of the city and Pearl neighborhood, including restaurants, attractions, and services
