    Requirements: Must have HS diploma or GED. History of displaying excellent customer service, technical knowledge, leadership and management skills. Previous head custodian experience on a permanent or temporary assignment. Job entails working overtime, evenings, weekends and responding to unforeseen problems or emergencies on a 24x7 basis. Manages work of self and other assigned custodians. Normal hours of work are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30PM. Union position. Starting wage is $26.81/hour.
