Under daily supervision of the General Manager, the position of the Waitstaff is responsible for serving customers in a prompt and cheerful manner; taking orders; delivering drinks and food to the table; and checking the table periodically. He/she is also responsible for maintaining a clean dining and restroom facility.
Essential Functions:
Acknowledge customers with a smile and take food and drink order.
Deliver food and drink orders.
Refill drinks and be attentive to customer's other needs.
Pre-bus tables and deliver guest checks.
Bus tables and fulfill assigned closing aide work.

Have frequent need (33%-66% of time) to bend/stoop/squat while wiping table and chairs; grabbing for menus and silverware: reaching for register tape, while picking up trays, plates and cups; and while reaching for various items throughout shift.
Have occasional need (l%- 33% of time) to push/pull equipment while performing cleaning duties.
Have occasional need (1%-33% of time) to reach above shoulders when reaching for items above shoulder level.
Have frequent need (33%-66% of time) to grasp/grip menus, silverware rolls, coin rolls, money, serving plates, trays, glasses, utensils and cleaning rags.
Have constant need (66%-100% of time) for finger dexterity for such things as typing, writing, gripping, cleaning, and turning off and on lights.
Have frequent need (33%- 66% of time) to operate a cash register and tea machine.
Have occasional need (1%-33% of time) to lift/carry objects weighing between 50 and 10 pounds and frequent need (33%-66% of time) to handle objects weighing 10 pounds or less.
