Special Event Valet Attendants

Job Summary Details:

We're hiring Valet Attendants for special event operations in our garage facilities. This isn't just parking cars-it's about delivering seamless service and a luxury-level experience for our high-profile clientele. You'll be the first and last point of contact at major events, so confidence, composure, and courtesy are essential.

Pay: $25 per hour

Shift Times/Days: Based on Events

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-end environments
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus
• Must be able to stand, run, and move quickly for extended periods
• Previous valet or hospitality experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate traffic flow
• Communicate valet procedure, information and directions clearly and effectively with guests.
• Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and team member inquiries.
• Monitor illegal parking, and immediately store vehicles.
• Interact with guests in a friendly manner
• Assist guests with loading and unloading
• Collect and secure guest keys
• Predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues
• Identify and arrange for extra support for extended wait times.
• Accurately tally and split the tip pool
• Receive and receipt a variety of valet payments
• Accurately reconcile and report daily revenue
• Project currency and coin requirements and re-order as necessary.
• Operate, park and retrieve all vehicles in a safe manner by obeying all traffic laws, Facility policies, and applicable pedestrian regulations.
• Work in an outdoor unprotected environment in all climates for extended periods of time
• Keep work area clean of debris.
