Receptionist

As a receptionist at Auto Tech Repair, you will be the first point ofcontact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service andadministrative support. Your role is crucial in ensuring smoothoperations and client satisfaction. You will handle incoming calls,greet visitors, schedule appointments, and assist with variousadministrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the center.Responsibilities: - Greet clients and visitors in a friendly andprofessional manner. - Answer incoming phone calls, providinginformation, taking messages, and transferring calls to appropriatestaff members. - Schedule appointments for clients with mechanics,technicians, and other staff members. - Coordinate with the service teamto ensure timely completion of appointments and repairs. - Maintaincleanliness and organization of the reception area. - Manage incomingand outgoing mail and deliveries. - Process payments, invoices, andother administrative paperwork accurately. - Maintain and update clientrecords and databases. - Provide basic information about servicesoffered by the auto body and mechanic repair center. - Handle customerinquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalatingissues to management when necessary. Qualifications: - High schooldiploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a customer service orreceptionist role preferred, especially in an automotive or serviceindustry setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, MSOffice (Word, Excel, Outlook), and multi-line phone systems. - Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitaskand prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge ofautomotive terminology and services is a plus. - Willingness to learnand adapt to new technologies and procedures.
