We are looking for a detail-oriented janitor. This person must be reliable anda self-starter. This person would have minimal supervision with theexpectation that they complete a list of tasks on each shift.Are you looking for part time, or varied hours?This may be the position for you!Janitor Job Highlights:-Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping,dusting and polishing-Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards-Clean public bathrooms-Pick up and put garbage where it belongs-May require shoveling of snow at entranceways and sidewalks-Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience-Notify appropriate personnel if any complaints or disturbances are reported-Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of anycompany-related practicesWhat We Look for in a great Janitor:-Proven experience as a cleaner-Dependability - Commitment to working every scheduled day-Must pass a Background Check-Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level ofperformance-Customer-oriented and friendly-Prioritization and time management skills-Working quickly without compromising quality-Knowledge of English language-High school diploma-This position is part time.-Located in Durango-Pay is $16.00 an hr.Benefits: Accrued sick leave and optional medical benefits duringprobationary period.
