What you will be doing

• Stocking and Restocking : Ensure the bar is stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, napkins, straws, and other supplies before and during service.
• Supporting Bartenders : Assist bartenders with retrieving ingredients, tools, and other essentials during busy periods to ensure smooth and fast service.
• Cleaning and Maintenance : Keep the bar area clean and organized, including wiping surfaces, washing glasses, and removing trash.
• Refilling Ice Bins : Regularly refill ice wells and ice bins to maintain a constant supply for bartenders.
• Collecting and Washing Glassware : Retrieve used glassware from the bar and tables, and clean and restock them as needed.
• Replacing Kegs and Liquor Bottles : Monitor inventory levels and promptly replace empty kegs or liquor bottles.
• Checking and Restocking Garnishes : Prepare and restock garnishes like lime wedges, olives, and cherries throughout the shift.
• Assisting with Opening and Closing Tasks : Help with setup and breakdown duties, such as organizing supplies, cleaning equipment, and locking up stock.
• Monitoring Cleanliness and Safety : Ensure the bar area adheres to sanitation and safety standards.
• Customer Assistance : Occasionally assist guests by delivering drinks or answering basic questions when bartenders are occupied.
• Rate of Pay : $17/hr plus gratuity
