Job Details Join Our Front of House Team at Bar Belly & Carlota We are currently seeking passionate, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to join our front of house team at Bar Belly and Carlota. Our team is small but incredibly driven, and we value a strong work ethic and a consistently positive attitude. Bar Belly is a high-volume cocktail bar known for its expertly crafted drinks and loyal following of regular guests. Carlota, our sister bar, offers exceptional tapas and cocktails in a warm, inviting atmosphere. We are looking for skilled servers/bartenders who bring creativity, professionalism, and outstanding customer service to every shift. In-Person Interviews: We are conducting walk-in interviews on Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 between 3:00 PM and 4 PM. Location: 14 Orchard St, New York, NY 10002 Job Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of hospitality experience in NYC Flexible availability with reliable and consistent attendance Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace We look forward to meeting candidates who are excited to be part of a dynamic and welcoming team! Compensation: Hourly ($11.00 - $15.00) plus tips
