Job Requirements

Sweetwater, the number one online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking to hire a friendly, enthusiastic, and driven member to our Concierge staff! Our Sweetwater campus is designed to give the best experience possible to visitors and employees alike. Our 1 million square foot campus includes an incredible Music Store, recording studios, restaurant, coffee shop, performance pavilion, salon and spa, and so much more! The Concierge team is instrumental in providing our internal and external customers with the information necessary to enjoy our campus to the fullest. We are looking for members to join our Concierge team who can help us exemplify the Sweetwater Difference every day.

There are part time and full time schedules available for this role. Evening and weekend availability required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing customers with quick and friendly service throughout all areas of the campus
• Developing relationships with visitors, vendors, and internal departments
• Arranging and providing campus tours for both small and large groups
• Assisting with the organization and facilitation on campus events and ticket sales
• Ensuring that our lobbies and diner are always customer-ready
• Completing internal deliveries including office supplies, dry-cleaning, and packages

• Ability to work successfully and efficiently amidst interruptions or distractions, thriving in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
