Schedule is approximately 10 hours per week
One weekday evening shift 4:30pm-8:00pm and one weekend shift either Saturday or Sunday 8:00am- 2:00pm or 2:00pm- 8:00pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with the senior population a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience handling a multi-line phone system and walk in customers.
- Able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and remain clam during emergency situations.
- Able to follow written and oral instructions
- General computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft programs
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to move, stand, bend, and lift continually throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or transfer a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to speak the English Language in an understandable manner.
- Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
- Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents.
- Covid-19 vaccine is strongly encouraged, however not required
