Alza Italian Kitchen in Rancho Santa Margarita is excited to announce an opening for a part-time Host / Food Runner. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and enhance our welcoming atmosphere in a colaborative environment where supporting one another is key to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and front-of-house areas. Assist in seating arrangements and ensure guest comfort throughout their visit. Respond promptly to any guest inquiries or concerns, providing excellent service. Work closely with and support team members to ensure smooth and seamless operations in the dining room. Expectations: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset is non-negotiable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Holiday and Weekend availability is mandatory.
