Job Title: Receptionist
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This is a dual-role position based in the reception and hospitality area. The selected candidate will primarily support front desk operations and hospitality services.

Schedule & Pay:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay rate: $21/hr

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Greet and assist guests professionally
Schedule meetings using the firm's room management system
Place catering orders as needed
Support setup and breakdown of conference room food/beverage service
Clean and restock kitchen/pantry areas
Maintain and clean coffee machines

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of reception or switchboard experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
