Required Education/Experience:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent
Required Qualifications:
Customer service experience, communicates well, friendly demeanor and knowledgeable with computers
Responsibilities:
This will be a dual role at our reception/hospitality area
Personnel will need to cover at the main reception area when needed
Answering the phone
Greeting guests
Scheduling meetings on the firm's meeting room management tool
Placing catering orders when needed
They will also be assisting with conference room setup/breakdown of food and beverage service, cleaning and stocking kitchen/pantry areas, and cleaning coffee machines
T is no extensive lifting, standing, or walking (firm is renovating the space in late spring and t may be walking to the temp space across the plaza during the construction period
Additional Details:
Dress Code: Business casual
No free parking available at the location and no reimbursement. We are near public transportation and t are paid parking lots (employees' personal expense) in the area
