Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests as they arrive, and make them feel at home.
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Keep the bar area clean and organized, and maintain inventory levels.
Collect payment and operate the cash register in a responsible manner.
Ensure that guests are satisfied with their drinks and overall experience.
Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and glassware.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Must be capable of suggest drinks to guest and helping drive sales through upselling spirits.
Must be both fast and precise.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as a bartender in a busy bar or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of different types of beer, wine, and spirits, and the ability to make a variety of cocktails and other drinks.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse group of people in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid RBS card and workplace harrassment cert.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
