RESPONSIBILITIES

SERVER
*Greet and welcome guests with a smile
*Be prepared to serve the guest
*Introduce yourself and the menu to guests. Guide guests through wine, beer, spirits and meal selections using accurate, educated and tantalizing descriptions of our food and beverage offerings
*Take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner

HOST
*Greets guests and escorts them to their table.
*Provides them a clean, accurate menu.
*Answers the telephone
*Takes restaurant reservations and properly records them in the reservation system
*Monitors the speed and quality of service delivery

Other duties may be assigned.
