We are a soon to open Diner concept serving Classic & New American cuisine with drive-thru and dine-in capacity and looking for SUPERSTARS to come join us in this amazing journey.

Kitchen Supervisor - $23 - $25/hr. + tips

Were looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Kitchen Supervisor to help manage back-of-house operations and ensure consistency during daily service. This role is ideal for a strong line cook or lead with leadership potential who is ready to take the next step in their career. The Kitchen Supervisor will work closely with the sous chef and chef team to maintain standards, communicate with staff, and keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Barista - $20/hr. + tips

Prior Barista Experience required.

Baristas are primarily responsible to produce all coffee beverages as well as

cleaning and maintaining the specialty coffee equipment, a clean station, and stocking

supplies throughout the shift. Baristas will create beverages in proper order, quickly, and

present them to the expo/guest as beautifully and consistently as possible.

Rover - $20/hr. + tips

Previous Casual Service, Runner, or high-volume Bussing Experience a Plus.

A Rover serves as the main support for guests and the front of house. Rovers will cover

a large section of the restaurant, making sure that the areas are clean, organized and

reset in a timely manner. Rovers will be well versed in all functions of the restaurant

including directions, assisting in order taking, and guiding the guests so that they can

best utilize the space.

Rovers will keep all areas of the dining room clear, clean, and well stocked. Rovers are

our most flexible position, and will toggle between cleaning and clearing, running food,

ans order taking when necessary. Rovers are also in charge of the final presentation of

the restaurant and grounds.

Food & Beverage Expediters - $20/hr. + tips

Prior Expediting Experience Required.

An Expeditor (Expo) serves as an intermediate between guests and the beverage

kitchen team. Expeditors communicate orders and information between the front and

back of the house, synchronizing orders, coordinating the transfer of product from the

chefs to the packers, making sure that food and beverages are prepared in the proper

order, quickly, and presented to the guest as beautifully as possible.

The Expo makes sure the orders are being prepared in a timely fashion in the order

received and coordinated from different stations to offer guests and runners the

complete order as soon as ready. Expeditors are also in charge of the final presentation

of the plate and completion of the order on expo screen to send pickup text to guests.

Packer/Dispatcher/Runner - $18/hr. + tips

Previous Quick Food/Fast Food Service or Assembly Line Experience a Plus.

The food packer primarily assists the food expeditor (Expo) in receiving orders from the

BOH and packing the item in a timely, consistent, and visually appealing manner. The

packer works as a liaison between the front and back of house, assisting in the overall

quality of the product and is responsible for its presentation to the guest.

Prior Runner or Valet Experience a plus.

A Runner serves as an intermediate between the prepared food orders and the guest.

Food runners communicate with the food Expo/Dispatcher to deliver the proper,

complete orders quickly and accurately and presented to the guest as beautifully as

possible. The Runners will also have order-taking capabilities and will be well versed in

all menu items, restaurant procedures, and relevant company information to guide the

guests through the experience.

The Runner makes sure the orders are being delivered in a timely fashion while it is

fresh. Expeditors are also in charge of the final presentation of the plate and completion

of the order, making sure the guest has everything they need before moving on.

Previous Expo or Fast Service Experience a Plus.

A Dispatcher serves as an intermediate between guests and BOH team. Food

Dispatchers communicate orders and information between the Expo and Packers to the

Guest, making sure that food and beverage is prepared and packed in the proper order,

quickly, and presented to the guest as beautifully as possible.

The Dispatcher makes sure the orders are being dispatched to the correct guest in a

timely and efficient manner, packed and served while it is warm and ready. Dispatchers

are also in charge of the final presentation of the plate and completion of the order to

the guest. The Dispatcher needs excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00) plus tips
