Compensation: Hourly + Tips (based on position)

CHAAK Kitchen is a Michelin-rated, fine dining restaurant offering a unique, high-energy environment with a focus on incredible food, thoughtful service, and a strong team dynamic. We're currently hiring for the following positions:

1. HOST
-What We're Looking For:
--A warm, friendly, and welcoming personality - a true people person
-Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
-Comfort handling a busy shift with constant guest interaction and phone management
-Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
-Experience seating guests, setting tables, managing Open Table or similar systems
-Someone guests trust and appreciate as their first and last impression

2. FOOD RUNNER / EXPO
What We're Looking For:
-Detail-oriented and organized team players
-Ability to work closely with both the front and back of house, including direct interaction with chefs
-Comfort managing the expo window: reviewing tickets, organizing plates, confirming garnishes and sides
-Strong communication skills for guest interaction and team coordination
-Confidence in navigating the dining room, understanding table numbers, and ensuring smooth food delivery
-Responsibility for checking accuracy and presentation before food hits the floor
-Passion for food and service; this is Michelin-rated cuisine and deserves the highest level of care

3. SERVER
Minimum Requirements:
-At least 3 years of fine dining experience - Non-negotiable
-Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
-Professionalism, polish, and grace under pressure
-Passion for creating a memorable guest experience
-Ability to multitask and maintain control of your section
-Flexible availability - nights and weekends required
