This role will support the travel coordination for the Chief People Officer, Senior Fellow (former Chief People Officer) and Vice Chair of the client (former Chief Administrative Officer) on a temporary basis in partnership with the Sr. Executive Assistants to the CPO, Senior Fellow and Vice Chairman. - Travel Services: Responsible for managing and analyzing services provided by travel vendors and recommends changes to established policies and guidelines as appropriate. - Meeting Services: Responsible for planning, developing and managing events (e.g., Board, Sales and other meetings) for internal and/or external clients. Role Prepares domestic and international travel logistics including flights, hotels, car service Creates travel itineraries for CPO in coordination with Chief of Staff and Sr. Executive Assistant Manages travel bookings directly with our travel provider with direction and guidance from the Sr. Executive Assistant Partners with the Sr. Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff to optimize travel itineraries Advises and assists with specialized travel documents such as visas or passports Monitors and facilitates the use of corporate travel credit cards, frequent flyer programs, and other applicable rewards or loyalty programs Develops and maintains strong working relationships internally with CPO, Chief of Staff, executive assistants and all key stakeholders, ensuring key processes and deadlines are met Skills & Qualifications All About You Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Project management experience with ability to handle multiple, complex travel itineraries Experience with travel planning required Proactive problem solver with can do attitude Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills Sound judgment Discrete Experience Level Expert Level
