Dietary Cook

Under the general direction of the Food Supervisor, the dietary aide/cook provides for the nutritional well being for all residents at The Pride Group facility.This position will be prepping, cooking and serving meals for approximately 50 people.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Prepare meals on your shift and serve2. Do cleaning in kitchen as scheduled3. Working in dish washing area and dining room work4. Complete any and all duties assigned by the Food Supervisor5. All food will need to be covered, labeled, and put away at end of shift.6 Follow the menus and diets of the residents7. Help with the unloading of product delivery.8. Ensure a safe and sanitary environment is provided for staff and residents.Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. High School diploma or GED Clean criminal background Pre-employment physical and drug screen required.
