General Food Service Worker at Ekstrand JobID: 360 + Position Type: Support Staff + Date Posted: 6/11/2025 + Location: Ekstrand Elementary + Date Available: August 2025 General Food Service Worker 3.5 hours Position at Ekstrand Elementary. Hours would be 10:45 a.m.- 2:15 p.m. No lunch required. Starting date will be the new contracted school year 2025-2026 Duties include but are not limited to: Washing dishes/pans Serving food Making salads Setting up the food line Some cooking, and helping where needed in the kitchen. Sweeping and mopping the floors Must be able to lift 40 pounds with no problems and must be able to work at a fast pace on your feet. Must have the basic concept of working with food and have some food safety knowledge. Would need this person to be the backup person for various other positions in the kitchen including cashier, and head cook.
