Porter

Looking for a Part-time Porter to work in a multi-family building in Mount Vernon. Saturday and Sunday shift for 2-3 hours a day.

- Run the garbage compactor
- Take out trash and recycling from designated areas for collections
- Clean and sanitize common areas, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly appearance of the buildings exterior and interior
- English is a plus

We are looking for someone organized, reliable, self-motivated, and friendly.

Available to start immediately

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 6 per week
