Job Overview:
As a Front Line Office Staff member, youll be the welcoming face for guided tour guests and cafe visitors preparing espresso and scooping ice cream. Youll manage check-ins, process sales, and assist with gear preparation while maintaining a positive and organized work environment. This role combines customer service, food service, and operational supportperfect for someone who enjoys variety and engaging with guests.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and manage the check-in process for guided tours.
Provide an overview of trip details and answer guest questions.
Prepare high-quality espresso drinks and ice cream orders.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety standards.
Process payments for cafe sales and guided tours, maintaining accurate records.
Help with tour gear fitting, cleanup, and organization.
Manage fuel sales and monitor fuel levels.
Offer recommendations on available tours and adventure options.
Requirements:
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and attention to cleanliness.
Barista experience is a plus (training provided).
Comfortable working with cash and point-of-sale systems.
