THE JOB:

At The Henry, we serve elevated comfort food in a modern American eatery that keeps guests coming back-whether it's for a late-night bite or a power brunch. As a Busser, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the restaurant, including the storerooms, food pickup zone, and overall beverage station.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $14.1983 per hour + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Support servers in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Prepare tables with polished flatware, glassware, linens, condiments, and accessories.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and properly reset tables, including booth/chair cushions and tabletop items.
• Promptly clear and transport soiled dishware and linens to designated kitchen areas; dispose of waste appropriately.
• Assist with efficient table turnover by communicating with Servers, Hosts, and Management.
• Provide and refill beverages such as water, coffee, and soft drinks.
• Ensure all dining areas, including floors, are consistently clean and presentable.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior relevant experience as a busser/food runner within a fast paced, high volume restaurant operations is a bonus.
