Beverage Manufacturing - Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift

Maintenance Mechanic Company makes organic juices and wellness beverages. Very clean and nice facility! Pay:$35-$37 Location: Miramar Mon-Fri:10pm to 630am. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on juicing machinery, specifically a bottling line for juicing bottles. This fully automated system requires expertise in both mechanical and electrical automated manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities Perform all preventative maintenance on machinery including bottling machines, Pack Leader, Hopper, Grinder, and Hydraulic Press. Adjust star wheels and grippers inside the weigh pack machine. Disassemble and reassemble grinders. Conduct minor facility preventative maintenance and checks on liquid dispensing machines, HVAC systems, air pressure, and liquid dispensing systems. Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors and bottling machines. Skills & Qualifications Experience in machine maintenance, electrical maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting. Ability to perform wiring for electrical systems and control systems, understanding of inputs and outputs. Experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in beverage manufacturing. Knowledge of stainless steel, air compressors, bottling lines, agitator motors, and electrical troubleshooting. Industrial maintenance and pneumatics expertise. Experience working on filler, seamers, cappers, droppers, and other beverage manufacturing equipment. Ability to replace timing components such as sensors. Proactive approach with the capability to contact maintenance service providers for major facility repairs. Engaged and initiative-driven individual who seeks improvement beyond basic repairs. Right now CSD once hired is $6,235 total After one year the employee will own 25% of that number, after 2 years 50% , 3 year 75%, and 4 years 100%. No selling or trading of stock. CSD will change year over year based on company performance, which influences the team to meet all production and sales goals to help grow the company. The more you put in the more the company is worth. After 60 days of being hired on direct they get benefits.
