Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for Bizzells visitors and callers, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in shaping a professional and welcoming experience. Youll manage daily office operations, coordinate logistics, and support both internal teams and external guests with efficiency and warmth.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of Bizzell by warmly greeting and assisting all visitors, including VIPs, candidates, and partners.
- Professionally manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Log guest check-ins using Lobby Track; issue visitor badges and coordinate guest seating.
- Coordinate conference room bookings, meeting support, and hospitality (refreshments/catering).
- Submit and track building service requests (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) as needed.
- Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies with manager approval.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of shared spaces, including conference rooms and kitchen areas.
- Support incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier requests (e.g., FedEx).
- Reconcile office supply charges and submit for manager approval.
- Attend weekly check-ins with the Operations & Logistics Manager and Facilities team to provide updates.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of front desk or administrative experience

- Ability to sit at a computer for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
