Barista

As a Barista with our team at Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis, MO , you will be the creative member of the team who prepares and serves a variety of high-quality beverages. The ability to interact professionally and efficiently with appropriate customer service skills to create a fun, inviting atmosphere is a significant piece of the position.

We are looking for Full Time and Part Time Baristas. This position offers flexible hours. This position has flexible hours, was voted Top Place to Work in 2021 by the St. Louis Dispatch. Responsibilities:

-Follow necessary recipes to prepare and serve beverages

-Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards of the work environment

-Replenish inventory of products and supplies, as necessary
