Job Title: Prep Cook (Entry-Level)

Schedule - 7am - 3:30pm or 11am - 7pm

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our kitchen team as a Prep Cook. This is an entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the culinary industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping, peeling, and slicing
- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Schedule consists of 5 days per week, rotating weekends on and off
