Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Fremont, CA.
Great Pay UP to $22/hr.

Immediate need for a Professional Front Desk Receptionist seeking to work for a Medical Device company in the South Bay Area.

The Front Desk Receptionist will provide exceptional customer service to internal staff and warmly welcome guests. The Reception position plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
-Take messages as needed.
-Data entry into the Database
-Greet and direct visitors
-Assist with filing, copying.
-Receive and Distribute mail
-Check guest in and out

Skills and Experience:
-1-2 years of Receptionist experience
-Excellent Customer Service skills
-Proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
-Bilingual Spanish is a plus
