This is a union role and the hourly pay rate is from $30.23 $40.37 per hour.

We are looking for a Front Desk Clerk to join our team at The Quin Central Park! In this position, you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience while checking them in and out of the property and responding to their requests. Main Responsibilities:

  • Accesses reservation system to resolve unit availability and assists guests with reservations or changes as required.
  • Ensures accurate charges and credit are posted and payment is collected.
  • Handles credit card and cash transactions and responsible in balancing any cash related postings.
  • Issue safety deposit boxes to the guest and owner as needed and control room key while upholding guest and owner's privacy, security and confidentiality.
  • Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
  • Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets.
  • Provides information on area attractions and resort amenities.
  • Other tasks may be asked by management as needed.

What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Proficient English language interpersonal skills to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners and co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments.
  • Have open availability to adjust to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice in order to meet business demands
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to organizational demands
  • Prior cash handling and data entry experience required.
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Prior hospitality or related experience.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Previous Front Desk or relevant work history
  • Bilingual
  • Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement
