Barista/Front Counter Server

Greet customers and fill their orders. Ring up order in the Square app tablet and take payments. Will be trained to make a variety of cold and hot beverages and coffees. When not waiting on customers, will be required to keep tables, benches, stools and front counter clean and wiped down. Will need to check on stock items behind the counter and the coffee bar area and keep stocked at all times. Will need to stamp the Glaze logo on donuts bags and boxes and some boxes will need to be formed. At the end of the day, will need to box up any product sill in the display case and store in the refrigerated case of next day sales. Will need to run the donuts trays through the automated dishwasher and store away, remove the glass shelves from the display case and run through the dishwasher, thoroughly clean out the display case and replace glass shelves, Clean tables, benches, stools and front and back counter, take out trash bags to the dumpster, replace with a new garbage bag, sweep and mop front area.
