THE JOB: It is the primary responsibility of the Poolside Busser for Como to maintain the assigned section and keep tables in a clean, sanitary condition. The bus runner also works in conjunction with food servers to ensure that outstanding guest service is constantly achieved for our poolside cafe guests. THE STARTING RATE: $14.4963 hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY: Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner Clean and sanitize all equipment Keep floors free of debris and spills Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station Clean and sanitize tables and chairs Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom Run food as required by the Department THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be 21 years old or older.
