- Ensure that all orders are complete and presented attractively before serving to guests.
- Assist servers in managing table turnover and maintaining a smooth flow of service during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is required, as well as being able to provide excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food preparation and presentation standards.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
