Key Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly, creating a welcoming environment

Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

Serve orders efficiently and ensure all items meet quality standards

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Clear and reset tables in a timely and professional manner

Process customer payments and provide correct change or charge accurately

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Maintain a clean and organized work area and dining space

Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards of service

Qualifications

Prior experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems

Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Frequent bending, lifting, carrying up to 25 lbs

Ability to work in a noisy and sometimes crowded environment
