Collect, organize, update and managemenus.

Stock host stand with appropriatesupplies.

Utilize Open Table and other tools tomaximize restaurant''s seating and service guests.

Greet and thank each guest entering orleaving the restaurant.

Seat guests at a suitable table or inwaiting areas and remove extra place settings.

Manage the wait list and proactivelycommunicate accurate seating times.

Provide guests with menus and informguests of specialties and features.

Inspect dining and serving areas toensure cleanliness and proper setup.

Skills & Conditions

Knowledge of appropriate tablesettings and service ware.
Thorough knowledge of menu items andservice procedures.
Abilityto take direction and work in a team environment and to work calmly andeffectively under pressure.
Musthave problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
Thisposition will spend 100% of the time standing or walking.
Must be able to stand andexert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
Must be able to exertwell-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
Must be able to lift up to15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
May be required to lifttrays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
Requires grasping, writing,standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listeningand hearing ability and visual acuity.
Talking and hearing occurcontinuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and otheremployees.

Requires manual dexterityto use and operate all necessary equipment.
